As a Senior Sales Development Representative ( SR. SDR), you will qualify leads, identify sales opportunities, and leverage exploratory conversations to pitch the value of our software. You will book product demos for Account Executives and help them close deals through detailed discovery calls.

What You'll Do:

  • Build a strong pipeline of customers by qualifying potential leads in your territory 

  • Develop creative ways to engage and build rapport with prospective customers by pitching the ServiceTitan value proposition

  • Partner with Account Executives to successfully book product demos 

  • Set yourself up for a successful long-term tech sales career by mastering the fundamentals and piloting new outreach strategies

Your Journey to Success:

 

1 Month

  • Complete ServiceTitan’s new hire orientation program

  • Learn the basics of the SDR function and do a deep dive into the trades industry, customer persona, and ICP

  • Meet the amazing SDR team and other cross-functional partners and stakeholders

*SDR Training requires passing two certifications with a minimum score of 80% to graduate and become an SDR at ServiceTitan. You will have three attempts for each certification. Failure on the third attempt may lead to disciplinary measures, potentially resulting in separation.
 

2 Months

  • Pass all SDR onboarding certifications 

  • Begin qualifying prospects and handling discovery calls

  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline while skillfully handling common objections and reinforcing our value proposition

  • Begin carrying a ramping quota

 3-4 Months

  • Continue ramping quota

5 Months

  • Be fully ramped and hit or exceed quota

  • Develop collaborative partnerships with other Titans to achieve goals

  • Attend weekly 1:1’s with your manager to continue developing your career 

 

12 months

  • Continually hit and exceed quota 

  • Mentor and support incoming SDRs

  • Align on career development opportunities within the organization

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $61,006 USD - $65,000 USD + commissions. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
