As the Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, you’ll…

  • Deliver actionable insights on marketing performance and pipeline trends to drive GTM decision-making.
  • Manage and improve dashboards in Looker and Polytomic across funnel stages.

  • Work to be accomplished in the first 6 months
    • Implement at least one major attribution or funnel diagnostics improvement to enhance full-funnel visibility.
    • Launch a refreshed marketing performance dashboard suite
    • Deliver insights that influence at least one strategic GTM change or marketing investment decision.
  • Work to be accomplished in the first 12 months
    • Partner with GTM leadership to evolve how we measure and optimize top-of-funnel efficiency.
    • Build a repeatable model for marketing contribution to revenue by segment and lead source.
    • Contribute to the operational strategy for Lob’s shift toward a usage-based GTM model.

What will you bring to this role…

  • 5+ years in Marketing Analytics, RevOps, or Marketing Ops roles with GTM exposure.
  • Expertise in SQL and experience with data tools like Looker, Redshift, and Polytomic.
  • Fluency in marketing funnel stages (MQL > SQO > CW) and multi-touch attribution.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and Marketo (or equivalent MAP).
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into clear, data-driven insights.
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset with strong business acumen.

At Lob, we are looking to #LevelUp and #EmpowerDiversity, we invite you to apply if you possess even some of these:

  • Familiarity with ABM and inbound GTM motions.
  • Experience supporting a usage-based business model.
  • Comfort owning tooling processes and collaborating with cross-functional RevOps peers.
  • Previous experience working with revenue tech stack tools such as Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, or Clari.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Economics, Marketing, Analytics).

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
