Location: San Francisco (Hybrid – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)

We’re looking for a high-energy, experienced Senior Recruiter who believes that hiring top talent requires creativity, resourcefulness, and a strong partnership mindset. You thrive in dynamic environments, can flex across both technical and business roles, and can effectively recruit for Senior level positions across various departments 

This is a hybrid role based in our San Francisco office, and is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys full-cycle recruiting, excels at candidate experience, and knows how to build strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to develop and execute tailored recruiting strategies
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles (with a focus on Marketing)
  • Source and engage passive candidates using creative, out-of-the-box techniques
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines and long-term candidate relationships
  • Deliver a high-touch, seamless experience to both candidates and hiring teams
  • Guide hiring teams through every step of the recruitment process, from kickoffs to closing
  • Collaborate with the People Operations team to ensure a smooth handoff and exceptional new-hire experience

Qualifications
  • 8+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong track record hiring GTM & GA talent for software/tech companies
  • Demonstrated ability to attract and close passive candidates
  • Experience recruiting across both business and technical roles is a plus
  • Executive recruiting experience is a bonus
  • Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers at all levels
  • Proficiency in full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to closing
    Familiarity with ATS systems (ideally Greenhouse) and G Suite tools
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

The expected base pay range for this position in the San Francisco area is $135,000 - $180,000. In addition to the base pay, this role is eligible for competitive equity awards and benefits.
Productboard's pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, the successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, relevant education or training, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
