Position Summary
The Senior Recruiter serves as a strategic talent acquisition partner, leading full-cycle recruiting efforts while developing innovative and creative approaches to attract, engage, and secure top talent across all branch locations. This role proactively identifies new sourcing channels, builds talent communities, leverages employer branding initiatives, and implements forward-thinking recruitment strategies to expand candidate pipelines and increase applicant flow. Partnering closely with leadership and hiring managers, the Senior Recruiter drives workforce growth by anticipating talent needs, cultivating diverse candidate networks, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience while ensuring efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Provide support to the Human Resources department in all recruitment-related activities

Partner with the VP of People Operations to define position requirements, ensure service satisfaction, and drive timely hiring and onboarding processes

Manage recruitment for both high-volume roles and professional/leadership-level positions

Oversee job postings through the applicant tracking system (ATS) and external job boards

Source candidates through networking platforms such as LinkedIn, indeed, and Monster

Review and screen resume to assess candidate qualifications

Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews using structured tools and best practices

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates

Communicate key hiring updates, including start dates, compensation, position status, and onboarding schedules

Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events, including travel to branch locations as needed

Develop and maintain job descriptions, screening tools, assessments, and interview guides

Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition and onboarding teams

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs

Foster and maintain strong relationships with candidates, employees, and external partners

Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and provide reporting to People Operations leadership

Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to build strong candidate pipelines and maintain a consistent flow of qualified applicants across key roles.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines

Excellent verbal and written communication, including presentation skills

Solid understanding of recruitment processes and employment laws

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment technologies (e.g., ATS platforms)

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Demonstrated critical thinking, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities

Effective negotiation and influencing skills
Equipment Used

Ability to travel and operate a motor vehicle as needed

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree preferred
-
3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition strongly preferred

Prior experience managing or leading a team is preferred
