Maintain candidate records and applicant pipelines using ATSSA and spreadsheets, coordinate hiring events, run background checks, and support HR administrative tasks. Travel up to 20% for job fairs.

Lead planning and execution of training and workforce enablement projects supporting enterprise transformation. Manage training workstreams, stakeholder coordination, rollout plans, readiness validation, and continuous improvement of curricula and documentation. Track progress, risks, and compliance; support field observations, assessments, audits, and cross-functional adoption.

Manage collections for ~80 customer accounts: make collection calls and emails to meet cash goals, prepare A/R aging/status reports, reconcile payment discrepancies, verify prelims and complete lien releases, track and resolve disputes, escalate delinquent accounts, and maintain customer/credit records.
