Lead full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition, develop sourcing strategies and employer branding, manage high-volume and leadership hires, oversee ATS job postings, screen and interview candidates, coordinate interviews and onboarding, build talent pipelines, manage talent acquisition and onboarding teams, and represent the company at recruitment events.

Manage inbound opportunities and generate new business while supporting estimating from inquiry through project coordination. Qualify leads, prepare quotes, track bids, maintain CRM records, coordinate with internal teams, and provide customer follow-up to drive revenue and conversion.
