A day in the life

The Senior Receptionist for Prologis’ Corporate Headquarters is a critical position for providing a welcoming first impression for our visitors, guests and employees.  In addition to answering the main phone line, managing mail and shipping deliveries, and setting up conference rooms, as a part of the Workplace Experience Team, the Receptionist will help with special activities for holidays and company gatherings.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide a welcoming reception presence, greeting and assisting callers, visitors, and employees
• Manage the Workplace Team requests and calendar, ensuring timely response and resolution
• Manage mail distribution, package deliveries and outgoing shipping
• Provide administrative support to the Workplace team and other departments including processing expense reports, invoices, and updating Workplace documentation
• Partner with the Workplace team in planning and executing office-wide events

• Punctuality and reliability required
• Outgoing and professional attitude and appearance
• Able to work independently and remain flexible under changing priorities
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong Microsoft suite skills
• Must be able to work 7:50am – 4:50pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime

Preferred:

• 2 years minimum experience working in a corporate office environment
• Experience with Peoplesoft, Workday, Teams and Zoom
• Bachelor’s degree or some college education preferred

Hiring Salary Range of: $26.00 - $37.00/hour. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target) to be determined by the candidate’s location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
