The role partners with People Solutions Operations leadership, CoE sponsors, ESC leaders, HRTS, Process Improvement, and Communications to drive governance, stakeholder alignment, change readiness, and data-informed execution. Additionally, this role may support other CoEs based upon business need.
This position manages moderately complex projects across the ESC and People Solutions Operations portfolio, ensuring on time in-scope delivery while actively managing dependencies, risks, and impacts.

Compensation includes a base salary in the range of $89,400.00 - $134,000.00. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain the portfolio roadmap and intake process, overseeing deployment activities, cyclical events (e.g., open enrollment, year-end, system upgrades/implementations), and repeatable initiatives including the development of "playbooks".
- Provide end-to-end program management for moderately complex projects, including governance, planning, delivery and BAU transition by utilizing project management tools and artifacts (e.g., charters, RACI, risk and decision logs) as well as financial tracking, and leadership-level presentation and reporting.
- Drive stakeholder alignment, risk and change communications and campaigns, and repeatable delivery through strong facilitation, standard PM tools, playbooks, and business case development required to secure technology, outsourcing/external vendors, resources, etc.
- Support continuous improvement of project management practices and capability within the Portfolio team.
This Individual Will Have:
- Experience supporting or leading moderately complex initiatives across matrixed teams.
- Working knowledge of project management and process improvement concepts, with ability to apply structure pragmatically.
- Interest in transformational work and emerging technologies, including curiosity about AI-enabled capabilities in business operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4 years' relevant experience. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 2 years' experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 8 years' experience in a related field.
- Experience leading moderately complex, cross-functional programs and projects impacting both technology and business processes, using standard project and program management methodologies.
- Demonstrated proficiency in process analysis and improvement techniques such as value stream mapping, data collection and analysis, root-cause analysis, and assessing financial or business impact.
- Strong ability to resolve conflicts and effectively navigate organizational resistance, using negotiation, influence, and emotional intelligence within a matrixed environment.
- Proven ability to partner and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and subject-matter experts (e.g., HRTS, PMO), building strong internal and external relationships to drive outcomes.
- Skilled at interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with demonstrated ability to facilitate productive meetings and confidently engage senior leaders with executive presence.
- Proficiency with business productivity and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), and comfort operating in an AI-forward environment that values experimentation, learning, and technology adoption.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Human Resources.
- Advanced degree.
- PMP or Agile certification.
- Workday experience.
- Functional area expertise in a service center environment.
- Smartsheet knowledge.
