Provides employee relations guidance to business leaders on disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, terminations, investigations, policy compliance, and legal matters. Manages employee relations cases, analyzes trends, advises HR Business Partners and Legal, and promotes consistent issue resolution. Conduct outside sales for automotive inventory financing and ancillary products across a defined Los Angeles territory. Develop new business through prospecting, cold calling, referrals, and dealer visits; educate customers, initiate underwriting, monitor applications, contract and onboard new clients, and grow loan utilization. Maintain relationships with auction managers, portfolio managers, dealers, and auction staff while achieving monthly application, activation, revenue, enrollment, and sales targets.
