For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $114,100.00 and $190,200.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage solar power, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and datacenter projects commonly ranging in value from $10 million to $300 million US.
- Drive customer satisfaction trough effective communication, contract compliance, and meeting expectations with respect to safety, quality and delivery.
- Manage the execution of customer contracts from contract finalization through contract close out including reporting, receivables, change order and claim negotiation, and issue resolution.
- Meet GE business expectations by managing safety, quality, short cycle schedule, cost, margin, cash flow, and risks.
- Communicate project goals, deliverables, strategies, risks, and opportunities as required internally within GE.
- Collaborate with internal GE functions and business entities to manage product deliveries and commissioning activities.
- Protect GE’s reputation and technology in the market place.
- Promote a working environment that encourages employee involvement to achieve excellence in all project management metrics.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred)
- Minimum 10 years of project management or customer management experience (GE experience preferred)
- Fluent in the English language; oral and written, technical and commercial
- Proven track record of leading multi-cultural teams
- Strong interpersonal and influence skills
- Position is based in Pittsburgh, PA, or Houston, TX, or Atlanta, GA, and up to 25% travel is required (other US locations will be considered).
DESIRED:
- Solar and/or BESS power plant design, procurement, and/or construction experience
- GE Solar and Storage Solutions experience
- Lean continuous improvement experience
