The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) team is hiring for a Senior Project Management Specialist to be located in El Segundo, CA.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Create and release EEE part records for all El Segundo programs
  • Manage all Request for Additions (RFA), Approved Parts List (APL) and Authorized Material and Processes List (AMPL) requests.
  • Review, submit, and release Destructive Physical Analysis (DPA) and Radiation change forms to Parts, Materials, and Process Control (PMPC) for approval. Work with Demand side to clear Restricted Quals for kit and sell-off.
  • Coordinate release and Prohibited Material Part Utilization Approvals (PMPUAs) along with other PMPC Change docs.
  • Review all qualifications and specs released in TeamCenter and update APL as needed.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Level 4 (Senior) 10+ years of work-related experience with a bachelor's or 8+ years of work-related experience with Masters or 4+ years with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Experience working in a cross functional environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Active security clearance or ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
  • Experience in space, aerospace or defense industry
  • Experience with EEE parts
  • Familiarity with engineering disciplines and their roles within complex programs.
  • Strong technical, written, and verbal communication skills

Education:
Level 4 (Senior): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.)
Relocation:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range:
Level 4 (Senior): $126,650 - $171,350
