Job Summary

The Portfolio Management Organization (PMO) is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale, high-impact cross-functional programs that drive organizational success. This role requires strategic vision, strong program leadership, and executive stakeholder management to influence decision-making and ensure alignment across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, lead, and deliver cross-functional, company-wide strategic initiatives with executive visibility.

  • Establish and evolve program governance models, ensuring structured execution, milestone tracking, and success measurement.

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration, aligning business priorities, dependencies, and resources to achieve program goals.

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, providing insights, recommendations, and risk mitigation strategies.

  • Enhance operational efficiency, developing scalable processes, frameworks, and best practices for program execution.

  • Develop and execute executive-level communications, crafting clear reports and presentations for senior leadership.

  • Continuously refine program management methodologies, leveraging data-driven insights to improve execution and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in program or project management, with a strong track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional programs.

  • PMP or PgMP preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to work with executive leadership, influencing decisions and driving organizational alignment.

  • Exceptional ability to balance strategic thinking with detailed execution to drive measurable results.

  • Proven leadership in mentoring and coaching program teams.

  • Deep expertise in PMIS tools, with Asana preferred.

  • High-Speed Internet - A stable broadband or fiber connection (satellite is highly discouraged) with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps in a dedicated workspace that has a reliable Wi-Fi signal.

  • Device for Multifactor Authentication (MFA/2FA) - smartphone, tablet, etc.

When it matters (usually no more than a few times a year) we take the time to gather for in-person events.

Payscale has employees across the US, Canada, UK, The Philippines and Romania however we are currently unable to hire in the Quebec Province, Northern Ireland, and Hawaii.
