Position Summary

As a Senior Program Manager, you will lead the end-to-end program management process for Q2’s eBanking solutions. You will collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders—including engineers, analysts, implementation specialists, and support teams—to ensure successful delivery of complex, enterprise-level software implementation projects and programs. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution skills, excellent communication, and a client-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic execution of key enterprise projects and programs.
  • Partner with clients to understand business requirements and align solutions accordingly.
  • Manage project plans, timelines, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Support Sales, Operations, and Implementation teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Host program status reviews and provide executive-level reporting.
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery methodologies and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with security, availability, confidentiality, and privacy policies.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years of senior project/program management experience in software or fintech.
  • Proven experience in client-facing consulting or professional services.
  • Strong background in software product development, systems integration, or implementation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, and project management tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex projects.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and matrix management.

Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management training/certification
  • Experience in banking, financial services, or enterprise software industries.
  • Background in process improvement and implementation delivery methodologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-touch, client-focused environment.
  • Agile/scrum experience – bonus if you have Scrum Master experience/certification
