At NVIDIA, we're at the forefront of innovation, redefining the future of computing with our powerful GPU technology. Our GPUs serve as the brains behind computers, robots, and self-driving cars, enabling them to understand and interact with their surroundings. We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to own the operating rhythm between internal teams, OEM/ODM partners, and customer-facing deployment programs. This is a high-visibility, operations-focused role that values process rigor, cross-functional coordination, and leadership transparency over deep technical expertise.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Own the operating rhythm and day-to-day engagement with OEM/ODM ecosystem partners across factory status tracking, hardware deployment achievements, service readiness, and operational execution.

  • Drive cross-functional alignment between internal teams, external partners, operations, supply chain, and deployment collaborators to ensure consistent program visibility.

  • Establish and maintain a consistent operating cadence for program reviews, partner status updates, risk reviews, and executive handling of blocking issues.

  • Track and communicate program readiness across planning, deployment preparation, bring-up execution, validation, and operational handoff achievements.

  • Coordinate post-deployment field data, including bring-up issues, validation results, and operational metrics, with factory and partner workflows. Identify key improvements and promote process updates with ODM/OEM partners.

  • Identify roadblocks, owners, mitigation plans, decision needs, and leadership asks across multiple partner programs.

  • Standardize templates, trackers, dashboards, and review mechanisms for partner programs, deployment services, and leadership updates.

  • Support continuous improvement across partner workflows, deployment execution, and operating processes by bringing to bear data from field operations.

What We Need to See:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 8+ years of experience leading cross-functional programs related to operations, supply chain, service delivery, or partner management.

  • Strong collaborator management skills across internal teams, external partners, and leadership audiences.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous business or operational needs into structured plans, owners, timelines, and outcomes.

  • Strong executive communication skills, including concise status reporting, risk framing, and managing blocking issues.

  • Proven ability to standardize processes, improve workflows, and build repeatable operating mechanisms.

  • Experience leading programs that require coordination across multiple functions and partner organizations.

  • Strong ownership approach, attention to detail, and ability to drive accountability without direct authority.

Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:

  • Experience collaborating directly with ODM/OEM partners in hardware manufacturing, factory operations, or data center deployment environments.

  • Familiarity with factory production workflows, bring-up and validation processes, and post-deployment operational feedback loops.

  • Background in supply chain operations, partner program management, or infrastructure deployment at scale.

  • Experience building dashboards, trackers, or operational reporting tools that provide leadership access to program health and risks.

  • Knowledge of NVIDIA platforms, AI infrastructure, or GPU-accelerated computing environments.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
