About the role

As a Production Operations Specialist, you help facilitate the smooth flow of content across several stages of production. Working with the Manager of Production Management and our teams, you ensure that material moves from content providers to delivery, meeting established timelines and quality standards.Your responsibilities extend to nurturing crucial relationships with licensors, ensuring material progresses smoothly through internal and external pipelines, and meets agreed launch and delivery timelines. Your scope extends to directing tasks to different teams, not only for our flagship O&O site but also for external distribution agreements and partner engagements, ensuring a cohesive approach across all platforms and collaborations.

  • You have 5 or more years of experience working in Production or equivalent experience. 
  • Coordinate incoming materials for multiple distribution channels, including Theatrical, Simulcast, and Home video.
  • Communicate with licensors worldwide, focusing on partners in Japan, to facilitate content acquisition.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Management team to confirm and communicate any changes in deals and agreements with licensors.
  • Conduct research using on-prem storage tools and well as using the media asset management system to provide up-to-date material information and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Communicate changes in delivered material to upstream teams and share information downstream to our operational pillars and fulfillment team.
  • Monitor the progress of assets as they move through the supply chain and notify licensors and providers when material does not meet standard requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and contractual obligations related to content that arrives.

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
