We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own positioning, messaging and go-to-market across our model APIs, serverless compute and dedicated capacity. You'll turn our technical capabilities into clear propositions that help customers understand what to use, why it matters and how to get started.

This is a hands-on role. You'll interview customers, collaborate with engineers, create product marketing content and enable Sales, working closely with Product, Engineering, Growth and Ecosystem teams.

📍 Location: United States (Remote) — with some overlap with European working hours required.

What you’ll do
  • Own positioning and messaging across model APIs, serverless and dedicated compute, developing differentiated value propositions for priority segments and use cases.
  • Translate technical capabilities into customer value, highlighting cost, performance, reliability and time to deployment, backed by clear evidence.
  • Conduct customer and competitive research to understand workloads, buying criteria, objections, alternatives and market opportunities.
  • Lead go-to-market and product launches, coordinating messaging, demos, product pages and customer communications across teams.
  • Create compelling product marketing content, including product pages, use-case narratives, presentations, competitive comparisons and customer stories.
  • Enable Sales with pitch materials, discovery guidance and objection-handling resources.
  • Partner with Growth and Ecosystem on campaigns that drive trial, adoption and expansion.
  • Measure and optimize impact on qualified demand, conversion and product usage to inform priorities.

Requirements
  • Senior-level product marketing experience in technical B2B, such as APIs, developer platforms, cloud services or infrastructure products.
  • Proven ability to simplify and differentiate complex technical products through clear positioning and messaging.
  • Experience leading cross-functional product launches, coordinating efforts across multiple teams.
  • Excellent writing skills, with examples of product pages, presentations or launch materials you've created yourself.
  • Technical understanding of AI inference, GPU compute and deployment models, sufficient to communicate their value to customers.
  • Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to work with funnel metrics and product usage data.
  • Customer research skills, with the ability to turn interviews and market insights into actionable decisions.
  • Ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams, particularly Product, Engineering and Sales.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in AI infrastructure or GPU cloud.
  • Familiarity with usage-based pricing models.
  • Experience marketing to both developers and enterprise buyers.

Benefits

We’re a remote-first collective, meeting in person twice a year to plan, brainstorm, celebrate wins, and enjoy some face-to-face time. We have core hours for cooperative working and calls, but outside of that your calendar is yours. Work the hours that let you perform at your peak while also building a healthy life.

Our release cycles are fast and intense, but they’re followed by real downtime. After big pushes we expect the team to unplug, recharge, and come back ready & stronger than ever for the next leap.

  • Generous paid time off – vacation, sick days, public holidays
  • Meaningful stock options – share in the upside you create
  • Flexible hours – own your schedule outside core collaboration blocks
  • Family leave – paid maternity, paternity, and caregiver time
  • Company retreats – twice-yearly gatherings in inspiring locations

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
