Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, technically curious Senior Product Marketing Manager to own go-to-market and co-innovation for ServiceNow’s most strategic AI partnerships including OpenAI, Anthropic, NVIDIA, and other leading AI partners. As frontier models and accelerated computing reshape enterprise AI, this role turns joint innovation with our AI partners into differentiated products, joint go-to-market motions, and pipeline.

This is a dual-mandate role with equal responsibility for product and go-to-market. On the product side, you will partner deeply with product management and engineering to shape, position, and message co-innovations built on frontier models and NVIDIA’s platform, including new offerings built by our Forward Deployed Engineering team. On the go-to-market side, you will build the joint-selling and joint-GTM motions including narratives, proof points, sales plays, and field enablement that bring those co-innovations to market with our partners. You will work day with product managers, partner marketing, partner sales, and partner go-to-market teams, and be the product marketing lead for ServiceNow at all sponsored third-party AI events & conferences.

To be successful, you must have proven B2B enterprise product marketing experience bringing AI-powered solutions to market, genuine fluency in the frontier AI and the current enterprise AI landscape, and a track record of both shaping product direction and driving go-to-market results.

What you get to do in this role:

  • Own joint GTM and co-innovation strategy for AI partnerships – Lead go-to-market and co-innovation across ServiceNow’s AI partners, specifically OpenAI, Anthropic, NVIDIA, spanning joint selling, joint go-to-market, and co-innovation.
  • Carry equal product and go-to-market responsibility – Partner with product management and engineering to shape, position, and message co-innovations built on frontier models and NVIDIA’s platform, and build the field motions that take them to market.
  • Develop differentiated value propositions and proof points by partner – Craft narratives, customer stories, and persona messaging (CIO/CISO, CDAO, CFO) that show real use cases and outcomes for each AI partner.
  • Lead co-innovation GTM plays end-to-end – Take named co-innovations from concept through technical demo, field enablement, win/loss tracking, and pipeline attribution—building a repeatable model across partners.
  • Build joint-selling enablement and field marketing – Create First Call Decks, battlecards, technical demo flows, and one-pagers for joint ServiceNow + partner selling motions.
  • Align sales, product, and partner teams on one co-innovation narrative – Ensure ServiceNow field sellers and partner sellers tell the same story to end customers.
  • Feed frontier-AI market intelligence into product planning – Bring competitive dynamics, model-landscape shifts, and whitespace insights to roadmap conversations. You inform the roadmap; Product Management owns the decisions.
  • Represent marketing in customer engagements – Act as the go-to expert on ServiceNow’s AI partner story in sales meetings, partner events, and strategic deals.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • 7–10+ years in enterprise product marketing, product management, or sales engineering
  • 4+ years working with enterprise software platforms; AI experience required, ideally bringing AI-powered solutions to market
  • Working fluency in the frontier-AI and accelerated-computing landscape (LLMs / foundation models, inference, GPUs); familiarity with the NVIDIA ecosystem a strong plus
  • Experience partnering with product and engineering to shape and launch products—not just market them
  • Proven ability to build sales plays and enablement content grounded in seller and customer insights
  • Expert, strategic storyteller who can craft simple, memorable narratives for both technical and executive audiences
  • Track record of developing polished, C-suite-ready presentations and sales assets
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive results across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams—shipping through influence, not authority
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to customers and executives
  • Up to 25% travel to support sales efforts and industry events

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
