We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Promote Team, responsible for driving growth and visibility for our real estate technology platform. In this role, you will lead initiatives that help real estate professionals effectively market their listings, enhance lead generation, and optimize advertising performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define and execute strategies that improve customer engagement and revenue growth.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for promotional and marketing solutions within our real estate platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify customer pain points and business opportunities in advertising, lead generation, and listing visibility.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to develop and launch features that enhance property promotion and marketing effectiveness.
- Leverage data analytics and user research to make informed product decisions and continuously optimize performance.
- Develop KPIs to measure success and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Lead go-to-market strategies, working with marketing and sales teams to drive adoption of new features.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and real estate.
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring a seamless and valuable user experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong understanding of digital advertising, SEO, lead generation, and conversion optimization strategies.
- Proven ability to drive product growth through data-driven decision-making and experimentation.
- Experience with agile development processes and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- EXPERIENCE: 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in real estate technology, digital marketing, or advertising technology.
- Experience working in SaaS, PropTech, or digital advertising industries.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and A/B testing methodologies.
- Strong technical acumen and ability to work closely with engineering teams.
