About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Product Management organization and own our global expansion product strategy and roadmap. This space is in high demand from our global national Publisher, Ad Tech, Brand, and Agency customers and you will be regularly customer-facing in order to continuously calibrate the global expansion strategy to customer and marketplace needs. To deliver on these needs, you will own creating a scalable end-to-end delivery from the capture of the original advertising creative through client delivery of advertising spend via a combination of homegrown user experiences and data integrations. This initiative will bring together many of MediaRadar’s newest cutting edge capabilities and will be highly cross-functional across all functions of the organization.

Note: This position may be leveled up to Principal Product Manager depending on the candidate's depth of experience and expertise.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)

  • Set and sustain a customer-centric globalization product strategy and roadmap in partnership with customers, commercial teams, and Product + Engineering.
  • Prove out globalization hypotheses and concepts with rapid prototyping, market research, and direct luminary customer feedback.
  • You are the de facto leader of the initiative. Lead execution through sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily scrums, and sprint reviews to ensure on-time and quality delivery through strong agile SDLC framework discipline.
  • Maximize engineering and design team value delivery through clear and user-centric product requirements and new methods of requirements delivery with AI.
  • Assess, validate, communicate, and deliver on customer feedback to determine strategic alignment, appropriately manage expectations, and adapt the product roadmap.
  • Drive proactive go-to-market by developing client-facing documentation, demos, positioning statements / talk tracks, and commercial enablement resources in concert with Product Marketing.
  • Engage with MediaRadar’s executive leadership team to share progress, learnings, and build support for continued global expansion.

Qualifications (What You’ve Done)

  • 6-8 years of experience in Product Management in SaaS and/or data-oriented subject matter within the advertising, media, or marketing/ad tech industries.
  • Demonstrated success shipping product that has delivered quantifiable business value.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude with the proven ability to synthesize varying sets of quantitative and qualitative data into data-backed decisions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills – and your presentations are tailored to your audiences with the appropriate level of detail to land your message.
  • Familiarity with agile management tools (e.g., Jira), user design tools (e.g., Figma Make, Lovable), and analytics tools (e.g., Looker).
  • Differentiated qualifications include a career of multi-disciplined experiences (Product, GTM, Commercial, Operations, Technology) and industries.
