About Us

Chorus Innovations is a fast-growing healthcare technology company with an adaptive platform as a service (PaaS) that enables the rapid development of mobile, desktop, text messaging and interactive voice applications. Chorus’ platform currently powers transformative healthcare, biomedical research and community health projects across institutions and public health agencies nationwide. We believe every community should have world-class health technology so they can thrive.

Our mission is to improve the lives of people and communities by democratizing technology development in health and research.

About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the vision, strategy, and evolution of key product lines within the Chorus platform. You will translate market needs, client patterns, and platform capabilities into clear product direction—balancing strategic foresight with the pragmatism needed to drive outcomes in a complex healthcare ecosystem.

You will work at the intersection of R&D, Delivery, and Go-To-Market, ensuring each product area has well-defined goals, reusable templates, and a roadmap that reduces swirl, increases reuse, and unlocks scalable growth. You’ll define problems deeply, synthesize insights from users, clinical experts, research, and stakeholders, and convert them into product requirements, sequencing, and standards that elevate how solutions are built across Chorus.

As a senior leader on the Product team, you will champion clarity, prioritization, and measurable impact. You will shape product narratives, guide cross-functional alignment, and create the artifacts—requirements, stories, templates, and playbooks—that enable both Delivery teams and external partners to move faster with higher quality. Your work ensures that each product line evolves intentionally, customers experience consistent value, and the platform advances toward our long-term vision of intelligent, scalable healthcare infrastructure.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Define the vision and roadmap for behavioral health workflows across intake, referrals, crisis response, care coordination, and ongoing case management.
  • Translate real-world behavioral health practices, policy changes, and user insights into clear product requirements, workflow definitions, and reusable templates.
  • Partner with Clinical Solutions, Design, Engineering, and Delivery to ensure features are feasible, well-sequenced, and aligned to product standards and platform capabilities.
  • Identify cross-client patterns to create scalable, repeatable modules that reduce customization and accelerate delivery.
  • Drive FHIR-aligned workflow and data model design, ensuring behavioral health workflows integrate cleanly with EHRs, EDWs, crisis systems, and external partners through modern interoperability standards.
  • Prioritize roadmap decisions based on user value, strategic impact, regulatory alignment, and long-term scalability.
  • Measure product performance and user outcomes to inform iteration and continuous improvement.
  • Support GTM, Partner Success, and Delivery teams with clear product artifacts that improve scoping, demos, and client alignment.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of product management experience owning features or product lines through discovery, definition, delivery, and iteration.
  • Strong ability to map complex behavioral health workflows—gathering requirements, synthesizing user research, and translating real-world scenarios into clear product specifications and reusable patterns.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare interoperability, especially FHIR, HL7, and EHR/EDW integration models, with the ability to align workflows and data across systems.
  • Proven success launching workflow-heavy products and driving measurable impact across clinicians, care teams, and administrators.
  • Effective cross-functional partner to Engineering, Design, Clinical Solutions, Delivery, Data, and GTM teams, with strong communication and alignment skills.
  • Analytical thinker skilled at using data, feedback, and usage insights to refine workflows and inform roadmap decisions.
  • Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, public health, or similarly complex regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including backlog refinement and iteration planning.
  • BS/BA in a relevant field; technical or clinical background helpful but not required.

  • 401K plan

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
