In this role, you will:
- Lead execution of workflow-driven strategic initiatives, supporting innovation, efficiency, and operating model enhancements across sales and servicing businesses for the Wholesale Business
- Serve as an execution partner to CIB/CB leadership, translating business strategy into actionable delivery plans, milestones, and outcomes
- Coordinate across Business, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal to ensure initiatives are well-governed and execution-ready
- Identify and resolve execution risks, dependency conflicts, and sequencing challenges across multiple business initiatives
- Support business cases, intake, prioritization, and delivery tracking for innovation initiatives
- Develop executive-ready materials, status reporting, and decision support for senior leadership
- Apply Agile and enterprise delivery practices to ensure consistent execution and transparency
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience within Onboarding, Sales & Servicing, and Business Process Orchestration platforms
- Strong understanding and proven experience in building multi product Onboarding journeys in a highly regulatory environment
- Experience in coordinating deliveries across multiple functional teams
- Strong risk, issue management, and escalation skills
- Strong Communication skills, ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, highly regulated yet dynamic environments
- This role is not eligible for VISA sponsorship
- Ability to travel as needed
- Willingness to work on-site in accordance with current office requirements
- Ability to work additional hours as needed
