We’ve experienced tremendous growth and are seeking an exceptional product leader to join our team as senior level Principal Product Manager, owning and driving the success of our AI-native Elation Billing product. This role is pivotal in designing, building, and bringing to market intelligent solutions that streamline and optimize medical billing workflows, enhance revenue cycle management, and enable financial sustainability for healthcare providers through AI-driven innovation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the P&L and commercial success of the Elation Billing product, ensuring measurable business outcomes.
  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap that incorporates AI capabilities to automate workflows, reduce administrative burden, and improve billing accuracy.
  • Deeply understand customer needs and translate insights into actionable problem statements, using structured prioritization frameworks to make tradeoff decisions.
  • Drive customer research and discovery, focusing on opportunities to leverage AI for predictive and autonomous decision-making in revenue cycle management.
  • Lead collaboration with design and engineering, ensuring alignment on AI-driven solutions that meet compliance, security, and usability standards.
  • Leverage experimentation, iteration, data analysis, and discovery techniques to deliver impactful, user-centric products with embedded intelligence.
  • Manage executive-level stakeholders, clearly communicating strategy, concepts, and outcomes in business terms.
  • Own cross-functional alignment across marketing, sales, customer success, and support to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
  • Foster a culture of continuous, learning, discovery and delivery

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • 6+ years of SaaS product management experience with proven experience delivering AI-enabled or intelligent automation solutions, ideally incorporating AI or autonomous systems.
  • MBA or MHA degree preferred.
  • Prior experience:
    • Working in the U.S. medical billing, coding, and revenue cycle space, with products designed for billers, practice managers, and/or financial administrators.
    • Partnering with independent physician groups (primary care or value-based care strongly preferred).
  • Strong track record of:
    • Driving significant revenue growth and owning product P&L.
    • Leading the end-to-end process of discovering, developing, and launching products with urgency and clarity.
    • Integrating emerging technologies like AI into product strategies to deliver measurable customer and business impact.
    • Defining and communicating product vision, making strategic bets and tradeoffs informed by customer discovery and data.
    • Delivering timely, measurable business impact and customer value.
    • Building strong relationships and influencing across the organization.
    • Inspiring teams, driving clarity and motivation, and fostering a high-performing product culture.
Nice to Have:
  • Familiarity with AI frameworks, autonomous workflows, or generative AI for operational efficiency.
  • Experience leading AI ethics, compliance, and security considerations for sensitive data environments.

Salary: $185,000 - 215,000k/yr USD
