FabFitFun is looking for a Product Manager who knows e-commerce and wants to build shopping experiences that feel fresh, fun, and genuinely useful. We’re a small Product team that thrives on speed and simplicity. If you love taking ownership, making quick decisions, and building impactful features that solve real problems, you’ll fit right in. In our tight-knit team, you’ll have the autonomy to shape what we build and drive meaningful change, fast.
What You’ll Do:
- Get to know our members better than they know themselves - understand what they need, what’s annoying them, and where we can make life better
- Turn user insights, company goals, team input, and market trends into a clear, focused roadmap that moves us toward our vision of a discovery-driven shopping experience
- Use what makes FabFitFun special to build stuff no one else can
- Help us rebuild or evolve parts of the product with a fresh, focused mindset
- Work closely with design, engineering, and leadership to make the product simpler and more valuable through ruthless prioritization
- Kill features that don’t pull their weight - prioritize what moves the needle
- Write tight specs when needed, using documentation efficiently to deliver more quickly
- Work with data and engineering to run smart experiments and make sense of the results so we’re building based on real signals, not just hunches
- Keep everyone, from execs to engineers, in the loop and excited about where the product is headed and why it matters
- Work with design, eng, and other teams to turn rough ideas into real features - consider the full user experience, including what internal teams need behind the scenes.
- Team up with engineering and project leads to spot risks early, make smart trade-offs, and launch great work without burning people out.
- Mentor where you can, share what you learn, and help the team level up
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years working in e-commerce products (bonus points for subscription model experience), and you’re hungry to shape what’s next
- You trust data, but you also know when to trust your gut and lean into user psychology
- You’re scrappy when needed and don’t wait for permission to get things done
- You geek out on new tech (especially AI) and love figuring out where it can shape better, faster, or smarter experiences and tools
- You’ve shipped in fast, cross-functional teams where priorities shift, and you know how to stay grounded and keep things on track
- A positive and collaborative individual who builds strong team connections and understands that a supportive environment improves results.
