About the Team:
At the heart of our operations, the Terrestrial Software team powers the digital backbone of our company. From building intuitive tools that support our ground-based systems to streamlining enterprise platforms like HRIS, finance, and internal operations, we enable every department to move faster and smarter. About the Role:
- Lead the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to align with organizational People and business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (People, IT, Finance, and external vendors) to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and ensure system functionality supports user needs.
- Manage HRIS roadmap items, upgrades, and integrations, ensuring data accuracy, security, compliance, and seamless user experience across platforms.
- Analyze system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and enhanced HR analytics and reporting capabilities.
- Serve as the primary HRIS subject matter expert, providing training, support, and documentation to stakeholders while staying current with HR tech trends and best practices.
- Enhance product and workflow documentation across the company to encourage knowledge sharing
About You:
- 7+ years of proven experience managing products or projects successful outcomes.
- Ability to define product vision, prioritize features, and align product strategy with business goal.
- Comfortable analyzing metrics, KPIs, and customer feedback to inform product direction and measure success.
- Skilled at gathering user insights and translating needs into actionable requirements.
- Experience in partnering with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance efficiency
- History of leading successful program launches from start to finish
Nice to haves but not required:
- Experience using HR systems (Workday, UKG, etc.)
- Knowledge in HR and Payroll compliance and processes

Hiring Range:
$159,000—$204,000 USD
