What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Execute product strategy with a deep focus on security, compliance, and risk management within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem—including Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Purview, Defender, Intune and related security and compliance solutions.
  • Define and prioritize product roadmap and requirements, crafting detailed user stories and acceptance criteria 
  • Analyze security and compliance trends, identify gaps in Microsoft 365 security postures, and create data-driven insights to inform product decisions.
  • Track key adoption metrics and business outcomes using telemetry and analytics, ensuring measurable impact and continuous improvement in security posture management.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product design, engineering, and other stakeholders to deliver valuable, secure, compliant, and highly scalable SaaS solutions.
  • Work with product marketing to refine messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Enable customers and partners with thought leadership content such as technical product “how tos”, feature announcements, and educational content that emphasizes security best practices, trends and solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience as a product manager working with B2B SaaS products, preferably in the IT security, compliance, or identity space and/or Microsoft 365 and Azure.
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365 security and compliance solutions—including Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, Purview, Sentinel, and compliance-related controls like DLP and Insider Risk Management.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
  • Ability to understand technically focused product capabilities and tell a story that seamlessly ties product features into customer value.
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative skills including the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and inform decision making.
  • Strong communication skills, including collaborative problem-solving and interpersonal relationship building.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) Program, and/or IT Service Providers (ITSPs), delivering solutions and support tailored to their needs.
  • Technical depth in cybersecurity with an understanding of IAM, threat protection, incident response, and regulatory compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, NIST, ISO 27001).
  • Familiarity with automation and policy enforcement using Microsoft Graph API, Power Automate, or similar orchestration tools.
  • Background in SOC operations, incident response, or compliance management within Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, MS-500, SC-200, AZ-500)
