Sentrycs is a leading Counter-UAS company delivering advanced Cyber over RF solutions for drone detection, tracking, identification, and mitigation. Our products support defense, homeland security, law enforcement, critical infrastructure, and public safety customers.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join Sentrycs' U.S. team and lead product management activities in the U.S. market.

The role requires strong product management experience, deep understanding of complex systems, and proven ability to work with hardware/software integrated solutions. Experience in the defense, homeland security, law enforcement, public safety, or critical infrastructure domains is highly preferred.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, customer-facing, technically strong, and able to translate customer needs, operational use cases, and market feedback into clear product requirements and roadmap priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own product management activities for Sentrycs’ U.S. customers and partners.
  • Collect, analyze, and prioritize customer requirements, operational feedback, and U.S. market needs.
  • Translate complex use cases into clear product requirements and roadmap recommendations.
  • Work closely with Engineering/R&D, system engineering, sales, Business Development, customer success, and leadership teams.
  • Support customer meetings, demos, field trials, pilots, and operational deployments.
  • Define requirements for complex hardware/software integrated systems and full solution offerings.
  • Support go-to-market activities, including product positioning, competitive analysis, and sales enablement.
  • Understand U.S. market needs, bring structured input to the Product and Engineering/R&D teams, and ensure these needs are reflected in the overall company roadmap.
Requirements
  • At least 8 years of product management experience.
  • Strong background in complex systems, solution-level products, and hardware/software integrated systems.
  • Experience in defense, homeland security, law enforcement, public safety, or critical infrastructure is highly preferred.
  • Experience with Counter-UAS, RF systems, radar, EO/IR, C2 systems, drones, autonomous systems, or tactical communications is an advantage.
  • Strong customer-facing skills, including requirements gathering, demos, workshops, and executive discussions.
  • Ability to translate technical, operational, and business needs into clear product plans.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Current or prior security clearance is an advantage.
  • Based in or near Huntsville, Alabama.
