As part of our Consumer-focused team, you will define and execute product vision while partnering cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, business stakeholders, and executive leadership to build a data-backed roadmap that scales the next phase of our consumer experience. In this role, you will balance strategy, analytics, and product vision—prioritizing initiatives, identifying opportunities through data and customer insights, and delivering impactful solutions to market. The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, technical understanding, and deep user empathy, with a proven ability to translate strategic goals into successful, customer-focused products.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in growth, optimization, or experimentation-focused roles. Proven ability to break down complex problems into clear strategies, execute effectively, and iterate based on results.

  • Strong experience with experimentation frameworks, including designing and running A/B tests, and using data to drive decisions and measure success against defined KPIs.

  • Familiarity with applying AI and emerging technologies to improve products, processes, or customer experiences.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership, with a strong bias toward action and results.

  • Experience working in high-volume digital environments such as e-commerce, ticketing, travel, or similar industries where you’ve optimized user journeys used by millions of customers.

  • Proven track record of taking products or features from concept through launch, with the judgment to lead initiatives while effectively collaborating with cross-functional partners.

  • Resourceful and adaptable, with a continuous improvement mindset across people, processes, and product outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications & Traits:

  • A collaborative partner who works effectively across teams, partnering with design, engineering, analytics, marketing, and business leadership to deliver meaningful outcomes.

  • A strong communicator with excellent communication, organization, storytelling, and facilitation skills that help align diverse teams and stakeholders around a shared vision.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
