Lead growth and market expansion for the Performing Arts segment by owning strategic planning, pipeline development, complex deal execution, renewals, and upsells. Build executive relationships, represent the company at events, cultivate client communities, partner cross-functionally, forecast revenue, and maintain CRM data integrity to drive retention and market share.

Provide front-line technical support for Paciolan products (primarily by phone), participate in rotating on-call support, troubleshoot application and database issues, analyze reporting needs, create documentation and knowledge-base content, collaborate with Customer Service, Product, and Development teams, and validate pre-release features.

Lead strategy, development, and delivery of consumer-focused products. Define product vision and roadmap, partner cross-functionally, use data and A/B experimentation to optimize user journeys, modernize platform architecture, champion new capabilities (including AI), and launch features that improve engagement and conversion.
