As part of our growing Advertising & Rewards division, our Offerwall and performance advertising solutions are playing a critical role in helping game developers drive monetization and user engagement. We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead and scale the evolution of our advertising and rewards ecosystem.
The Senior Product Manager – Xsolla Advertising & Rewards will work directly with the company’s two Heads of Product Management to deliver cross-functional execution for our Offerwall and Rewards product lines. You’ll collaborate across engineering, design, operations, sales, marketing, and external partners to deliver high impact features and optimizations that enhance performance, user experience, and value for game developers and advertisers alike. You’ll thrive in a fast paced, startup-minded environment, driving product strategy while being hands-on with day-to-day execution.
Responsibilities
- Obsess over user experience, user motivation and conversion optimization
- Keen understanding of how to deploy game mechanics to influence user behavior
- Help to launch and optimize the soon-to-be-released version of our consumer app
- Thrive in a lean startup environment
- Highly data-driven (e.g. adept at using metrics, analytics and A/B testing to drive product decisions)
- Strong vision and creativity (e.g. natural ability to generate ideas, think laterally to solve problems), but also...
- Highly organized and pragmatic (e.g. can efficiently analyze tradeoffs, adept at prioritization and time management with limited resources and high uncertainty)
- Design and leverage analytics and A/B testing to monitor app performance, tune mechanics, optimize conversion and identify new features to impact KPIs.
- Create and maintain product roadmaps, feature backlogs and product documentation such as product requirements documents, user stories, use cases, user flows, logic flows, and functional specifications.
- Translate product strategy into detailed product requirements and user stories using tools like JIRA and Productboard.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide support for escalation management, make tradeoffs, balance the business needs versus technical and resource constraints
- Conduct ongoing competitive analysis of other sites, apps, and products to continually identify ways to improve our user experience
- Collaborate with executive leadership to identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and differentiation in the ad tech space.
- Identify user needs and opportunities through data analysis, surveys, interviews, and other quantitative and qualitative methods
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure high-quality execution and iteration.
- Work with Operations team to productize back end tools for delivery, analytics, and insights.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications & Skills
- 5-8 years of product management experience in advertising technology, ideally with exposure to gaming, loyalty, rewards, or mobile monetization.
- Proven success leading ad products such as offerwalls, rewarded video, or in-game display formats.
- Proficiency with JIRA, Productboard, and other product lifecycle tools.
- Proven track record deploying game mechanics to influence user behavior (direct experience with mobile free-to-play games a huge plus)
- Deep experience with conversion optimization, A/B tests and user research
- Advanced Excel skills
- Basic to advanced knowledge of SQL (a huge plus)
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with data platforms, experimentation, and KPI ownership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present ideas clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.
