Nexxen is seeking a Senior Product Manager with deep experience in managing complex, technical product features—especially those powered by AI and machine learning (ML)—within our Supply Side Platform (SSP). You will be at the forefront of driving innovation by identifying high-impact problems where AI/ML technologies can unlock revenue potential, increase operational efficiency, and deliver intelligent automation.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead initiatives across the full AI product lifecycle—from opportunity identification and model integration to performance evaluation and continuous improvement. You will work closely with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to define, deliver, and iterate on AI-powered capabilities that scale and differentiate our platform.

This role will be based in the Bellevue office. Our team follows a hybrid schedule, working in the office three days a week and remotely for the rest.

Each day can be different here at Nexxen, but some of the things you can expect to be doing daily are:

What you’ll do:

  • Deeply understand the needs of our business and customers to define resilient, intelligent, and scalable product solutions
  • Champion the discovery, definition, and prioritization of AI and ML features that enable better yield optimization, traffic prediction, and fraud detection
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and data science teams to evaluate the feasibility and impact of machine learning approaches
  • Define product requirements, success metrics, and milestones specifically tailored for AI-powered features
  • Work with ML teams to operationalize models, including A/B testing frameworks, model retraining pipelines, and feedback loops
  • Identify and quantify long-term opportunities for machine learning and AI technologies to differentiate our SSP in the market
  • Ensure AI/ML models are explainable, ethical, and aligned with customer and business needs
  • Drive alignment across executive stakeholders by clearly communicating technical concepts and business value
  • Partner with data engineering and DevOps to ensure data quality, monitoring, and deployment pipelines support high-performing AI systems

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years of technical product management experience, including direct ownership of AI/ML product features
  • Experience with ad tech platforms, ideally with exposure to SSPs, RTB protocols, and programmatic media
  • Deep understanding of machine learning lifecycle: data collection, feature engineering, model training, deployment, monitoring
  • Demonstrated experience working with data science and ML engineering teams in a cross-functional agile environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; an advanced degree or MBA is a plus
  • Knowledge of common ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost) and data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Spark, Airflow)
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to translate business problems into technical solutions
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a track record of influencing cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders
  • Experience driving data-informed decisions through metrics, experimentation, and customer feedback

Bonus Points:

  • Prior experience in building AI-powered features such as traffic forecasting, content classification, anomaly detection, or recommendation systems
  • Familiarity with real-time data processing pipelines and MLOps best practices
  • Experience navigating the ethical and regulatory implications of deploying AI at scale

At Nexxen, we value our differences, varied experiences, and collective contribution. We know that not everyone takes the same career path, so if you don’t match this job description perfectly, don’t worry! We would rather see your application than risk missing out on your potential to make an impact.

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role is $160,000 - $210,000 at the time of posting, with the potential of an incentive or bonus. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. We offer a variety of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, 401(k), EAP, parental leave, unlimited vacation, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available will vary depending on the state, start date, and employment type. Our Talent Acquisition team will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
