About the role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead Zillow’s homeowner growth strategy. In this high-impact role, you’ll expand our audience of homeowners and sellers, engage them through experiences grounded in a deep understanding of their needs, and connect them with the home they own. You’ll work with a cross-functional team to define and build products that directly impact millions as they navigate the journey from homeownership to selling.

You Will Get To
  • Own and drive the product strategy and roadmap for homeowner growth, aligning cross-functional teams to bold organizational goals

  • Set and act on success metrics, using data and insights to uncover opportunities, challenge assumptions, and make informed decisions in a dynamic environment

  • Build and execute a prioritized roadmap that delivers immediate results for customers and the business, while advancing a compelling long-term vision

  • Communicate product plans and insights to senior leaders and stakeholders, using storytelling to connect outcomes to strategy

  • Shape the broader seller strategy as a thought leader and key contributor

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $148,600.00 - $237,400.00 annually. This base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations. In Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Vermont the standard base pay range for this role is $141,200.00 - $225,600.00 annually. The base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. Employees in this role will not be paid below the salary threshold for exempt employees in the state where they reside.

Who you are
  • 5+ years in product management with a proven ability to build and scale consumer-facing products grounded in a deep understanding of customer needs

  • Strategic thinker who leverages data-driven insights to uncover new opportunities, prioritize high-impact work, and deliver measurable results

  • Able to rapidly synthesize information, make data-informed decisions, and provide clarity and direction for cross-functional teams, even in ambiguous situations

  • Demonstrated success leading 0 to 1 products that show measurable impact and can scale for the future

  • Strong communicator who aligns diverse stakeholders through influence and a bias for action
