We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Personalization to bring FIGS' vision of personalized digital shopping experiences to life. This role will work closely with UI/UX, Marketing, Data & Analytics, Engineering, and Site Merchandising to ship features, optimizations and experiments quickly & successfully. Reporting directly to the SVP of Ecommerce, this highly impactful role will lead our thinking around how to grow FIGS’ e-commerce business by developing personalization strategy & experiments, and launching features to deliver measurable improvements in customer LTV.
What You’ll Do
- Launch & optimize personalized digital shopping experiences end-to-end, ensuring high-quality implementation that meets customer needs and business objectives
- Create, communicate, and execute on a quarterly product roadmap to bring MVP personalized experiences to life, including detailed product requirements for features and A/B tests
- Partner cross-functionally on key initiatives to bring personalization to life, including:
- Data & analytics: Customer segmentation strategy and sprint-based test & learn program
- Engineering: Implement & optimize the personalization tech stack
- Marketing: Content calendar, brand messaging, and creative development
- Synthesize experiment results & customer data into actionable insights and product recommendations to present to cross-function partners and executive leadership
- Monitor personalization performance metrics daily, identify anomalies or opportunities, and proactively recommend optimizations to improve customer experience and business outcomes.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of personalization rules, segment definitions, journey maps, test results, and best practices to enable knowledge sharing and scalability
- Conduct competitive analysis and industry research to identify emerging personalization trends, tactics, and technologies that could benefit FIGS
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and external partners to ensure successful implementation, optimization, and support of personalization tools
Qualifications:
- 7+ years in product management with previous experience launching and scaling personalization programs, preferably in the DTC, retail and/or fashion industries
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- A self-starter who can translate high-level strategy into actionable plans
- Sufficient technical fluency to ask the right questions and make informed trade-offs with engineering
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, journey mapping, and experience design across digital channels including web, mobile app, email, and SMS
- A proven track record of driving significant conversion improvement through A/B testing
- Outstanding communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences and build alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities in fast-paced environments
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously
FIGS Compensation and Benefits
Pay Range
- At FIGS, your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. This role's base salary range is between $140,000 and $175,000. Actual base salary is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.
