About the Role
Clutch is transforming credit unions into modern fintechs. Digital Account Opening is a cornerstone of our platform — and integrations with banking cores are what make it real.
We’re looking for a Product Manager to turn Integrations into a product: moving from one-off custom builds to a scalable system of certified connectors. This role is highly technical and highly leveraged — success here unlocks growth across every product in our platform.
You’ll work closely with engineering, product peers, and customers to design, prioritize, and deliver integrations that scale. The right candidate brings technical depth, execution drive, and crisp judgment to balance urgent needs with long-term productization.
About the Team
You’ll join a team of Product & Engineering peers who learn quickly and collaborate deeply. We value PMs who work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers and GTM peers.
We operate in a fast-paced, high-agency environment — PMs here are expected to drive clarity, make tough tradeoffs, and bring customers and GTM partners along the journey.
This is a pivotal time at Clutch: we are on a strong growth path, scaling rapidly, and how we build Integrations in the next 12 months will shape the foundation for every product line to come.
What You’ll Do
Within 3 months, you will:
Ramp up quickly on Clutch’s products, architecture, and customer landscape.
Take ownership of the Integrations backlog, moving the team from ad hoc intake to planned, discovery-driven delivery.
Build strong working relationships with engineering, implementation, and product peers.
Start building customer relationships
Within 6 months, you will:
Be seen as a trusted partner to engineering, balancing just-in-time fixes with scalable solutions.
Collaborate with product peers to ensure integrations support other product innovations we bring to market
Deliver early signs of leverage: e.g., first certified connectors, reduced integration cycle time.
Within 9 months, you will:
Consistently drive predictable delivery with clear specs, discovery, and decision tradeoffs.
Demonstrate measurable efficiency gains: faster time-to-integration, fewer one-offs, stronger documentation.
Have shifted Integrations from a reactive service to a scaled product line.
What You’ll Bring
Technical depth: You can dive into system design, APIs, and data flows with engineers; you’ve shipped products that depend on integrations or infrastructure.
Execution Excellence: Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments; you bring urgency, energy, and follow-through. A good signal for this is at least 3 years of experience in B2B product management, ideally in a startup environment
Collaboration skills: Able to work across PMs, engineers, implementation, and GTM teams; you drive alignment rather than waiting for it.
Core Banking or ability to ramp: Experience with banking cores, payments, or enterprise integrations is required. If you don’t have direct experience, but are still interested, we expect you to use AI and your technical skills to ramp quickly, prepare deeply, and even share a snippet of what you’ve learned in your application. We bet on smart potential.
Please note that this role may evolve as our business needs change, so we appreciate your flexibility and adaptability.
