You’ll own the development of our Copilot experience, generative AI tools, and predictive intelligence features, enabling our users to make better decisions, move faster, and work smarter.

  • Own the Roadmap: Lead cross-functional planning and execution of the CRM product roadmap, balancing long-term innovation with short-term wins.
  • Engage with Customers: Regularly speak with users and customers to deeply understand their workflows, pain points, and aspirations.
  • Validate with Data: Define success metrics and use behavioral data, customer feedback, and market signals to guide decisions and optimize product performance.
  • Go-to-Market Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure successful launches and adoption of new features.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, ideally with exposure to CRM, customer experience, or productivity platforms.
  • AI Fluency: Familiarity with generative AI technologies (e.g., large language models), machine learning concepts, and their practical application in product design.
  • Technical Competence: Strong grasp of APIs, data architecture, and the mechanics of SaaS platforms. Comfortable working with engineers on technical trade-offs.
  • Analytical Approach: Ability to connect dots between data, user behavior, and business outcomes.
  • Empathy for Users: Proven ability to gather customer insights and turn them into elegant, intuitive product experiences.
  • Excellent Communicator: Clear, persuasive communicator who can rally stakeholders behind a shared product vision.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience building or managing AI copilots or virtual assistants.
  • Familiarity with CRM data models, sales forecasting, and marketing automation workflows.
  • Exposure to data privacy and compliance frameworks like GDPR or CCPA.

What's in it for You:

  • Help shape the future of CRM software with cutting-edge AI capabilities.
  • Work on a platform used by thousands of growing businesses worldwide.
  • Join a collaborative, mission-driven product team focused on delivering real value.
  • Enjoy flexible work, competitive compensation, and growth opportunities.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
