The Opportunity

The best product experiences feel like they were made just for you. At Superhuman, that's not magic — it's signals.

We're hiring a Product Manager for our Data Signals team, the engine behind how Superhuman learns from its users and adapts to them. You'll build the service that lets every product team tap into our rich data ecosystem to personalize experiences, sharpen AI outputs, and deliver moments that feel individual and relevant — at the right time, in the right context.

This is a technical, high-leverage role at the intersection of data infrastructure and product craft. You'll work across the stack, partnering with engineers, data scientists, and product teams to define what signals matter, how they're surfaced, and how they power the next generation of Superhuman's AI-driven experiences.

Ownership

In This Role, You Will:

  • Own the roadmap for our Data Signals platform in partnership with our experienced data engineering team members

  • Partner closely with nearly every AI product team at Superhuman to help make their product experiences more contextual and delightful

  • Translate complex data capabilities into simple, intuitive experiencesdoc

  • Define success metrics, run experiments, and use data to validate product decisions and communicate impact

Qualifications
  • You have 5+ years in product management, with experience in AI products, data, or growth, in a B2B SaaS environment.

  • You have strong analytical fluency — comfortable with SQL, data modeling concepts, and close collaboration with data engineers.

  • You have experience shipping products that serve customers at scale.

  • You have a demonstrated ability to take ambiguous problems from insight to shipped product with minimal oversight.

Competencies
  • Analytical Rigor: You think in metrics and pipelines. You can identify the "gold spots" in messy data, set crisp KPIs, and translate findings into clear product direction.

  • Enterprise Empathy: You understand the distinct needs of .

  • AI-First Operator: You embed AI into daily workflows, rituals, and decision-making. You model fluency, curiosity, and visible use of AI to raise the bar for speed, quality, and customer impact.

  • Extreme Ownership: You act as if you are 100% responsible for your own outcomes as well as the outcomes of the company. You do this without stepping on toes.

  • Results Driven: You work tirelessly in pursuit of your results; you quickly take the initiative and own it when results are off; you course-correct and get scrappy if necessary.

  • Low Ego: You put the company ahead of yourself. Most of our discussions are about results and how to amplify success.

  • Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
