About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager at Crowdbotics, you'll lead the design and development of our enterprise AI platform that extracts structured intelligence from legacy codebases and translates it into product specifications. You'll be at the forefront of creating innovative solutions that leverage AI to reverse-engineer product requirements from existing code and deliver an exceptional product experience to enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and customer success to deliver high-quality product experiences on time
  • Collaborate with customers and internal AI/ML teams to shape models and heuristics based on real-world workflows and legacy code structures
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback, market research, and business goals
  • Create detailed product specifications and user stories that clearly communicate requirements to technical teams
  • Drive the design of on-tenant deployment capabilities to meet enterprise-grade security, compliance, and scalability standards.
  • Measure and analyze product performance to inform future decision-making
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to position and communicate product value to customers
  • Interface directly with enterprise customers to understand their needs and challenges
QualificationsRequired
  • 5+ years of product management experience with enterprise software products
  • Demonstrated success designing and building enterprise-grade products that meet complex business requirements
  • Experience with AI/ML products, preferably in code generation, requirements engineering, or related areas
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to interface effectively with high-performing engineering teams
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to various stakeholders
  • Proven operational excellence in a remote-first environment
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup with ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
Preferred
  • Experience designing on-tenant software solutions that meet enterprise security and compliance needs.
  • Familiarity with developer productivity tools (IDEs, static analysis, code search, version control systems).
  • Understanding of cloud computing platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles, including co-selling, solution design, and customer onboarding.
  • Background in software engineering or technical architecture.
