Description

Aethir is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the product strategy and roadmap for our industry-leading solutions, Aethir Earth and Aethir Atmosphere. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from conception and development to launch and ongoing optimization, targeting top-tier AI Enterprises around the world.

About the Role:

You will own product management for both Aethir Earth (bare metal high-end GPU solution) and Aethir Atmosphere (cloud-based GPUaaS), ensuring both products cater to the evolving needs of AI enterprises. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to define product vision, translate user needs into actionable features, and drive successful product launches. This role is hands-on, sleeves-rolled up, but not a software development role to be clear.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap:
    • Define product vision and long-term product strategy for both Aethir Earth and Atmosphere solutions.
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap for Aethir Earth and Aethir Atmosphere, aligned with Aethir's overall business goals.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and user needs in the AI compute space.
  • Product Management:
    • Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable features and functionalities.
    • Manage the product management lifecycle, including prioritization, user story creation, and backlog management.
    • Drive the execution of product roadmaps through close collaboration with engineering and other stakeholders.
  • Product Go-to-Market & Launch:
    • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product features and functionality launches.
    • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to craft compelling messaging and ensure seamless product adoption by target customers.
    • Track and analyze product performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Customer Focus:
    • Gather and analyze customer feedback to understand their needs and pain points.
    • Advocate for the customer voice within the organization, ensuring product development and product marketing aligns with user requirements.
    • Work with customer success to ensure a smooth user experience and identify opportunities for product improvement.
Requirements
  • You have to know what GPUs are and what they do, specifically A100s and H100s; this means working with bare metal and cloud-based GPU solutions. Including knowledge of containerization technologies (like Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success in bringing complex B2B technology products to market.
  • Experience in the high-performance computing (HPC) or AI space is a strong plus.
  • Deep understanding of the AI enterprise landscape and their specific GPU compute needs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business goals into product requirements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively influence cross-functional teams.
