Position Description:

At ServiceTrade, you’ll build technology that matters — for your career, your team, and the thousands of commercial contractors who rely on our platform every day. We’re on a mission to partner with commercial trades to deliver technology that enhances technician productivity, improves customer experiences, and drives scalable growth.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager - Integrations & PartsManager to own and advance our platform's integration strategy and ecosystem. In this high-impact role, you will drive the vision, roadmap, and execution for our accounting/ERP integrations, third-party partner applications, and PartsManager product area. Serving as the bridge between technical engineering, business partners, and customer stakeholders, you will focus on connecting core operational data—like jobs, invoices, inventory, and purchasing—into essential financial, HR, and ERP platforms to elevate customer retention, reduce implementation friction, and fuel enterprise growth.

Why ServiceTrade:

You’ll belong here from the start.

We bring together kind, curious people with diverse perspectives and trust them with meaningful work. You’ll have ownership, clarity, and support to solve real problems, make a visible impact for our customers, and continue growing as your role evolves.

On the Product team, you’ll have the opportunity to work directly with customers, strategic partners, and executives across Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Marketing to deliver scalable integration and PartsManager solutions that meet evolving market needs. You will own the full integration lifecycle—from native accounting/ERP connections to third-party partner applications and API access—aiming to launch 4+ new native integrations in your first year while reducing implementation friction and driving deep product adoption.

About You:

You think in systems and data integrity, speaking the language of Controllers, partners, and engineers with equal fluency. You’ve spent years untangling complex financial, ERP, and inventory workflows, and you love the challenge of building seamless bridges across core platforms and partner ecosystems. You thrive in high-execution environments—leveraging robust APIs, sync logic, and partner applications to rapidly scale integration coverage without sacrificing reliability. Above all, you take total ownership of your product area and relish turning complex, multi-system workflows into effortless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities and Activities:

Integration Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and own the product vision and roadmap for integrations across accounting, finance, ERP, HR/payroll, procurement, partner-built applications, and related platform/API capabilities.
  • Expand the reach of ServiceTrade’s operational data by connecting jobs, invoices, quotes, time, projects, assets, inventory, purchase orders, and customer records into the systems our customers rely on to run the rest of their business.
  • Balance investment across new system integrations, stability improvements, customer onboarding friction, partner-built connectors, API capabilities, and long-term platform scalability.

Accounting & ERP Integrations

  • Own integrations between ServiceTrade and major accounting/ERP systems such as Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, Vista, Spectrum, Acumatica, NetSuite, Dynamics, and other construction-focused ERPs.
  • Understand and improve workflows across AR, GL, tax, job costing, payroll/time, purchase orders, vendors, items, and accounts payable.
  • Partner with engineering to improve API design, data mapping, reconciliation, sync reliability, error handling, and customer self-service.
  • Guard financial data integrity by reducing sync failures, mapping errors, reconciliation gaps, and accounting discrepancies.

Partner App Keys & Developer Ecosystem

  • Own the product lifecycle for Partner App Keys and third-party application access, including partner onboarding workflows, key issuance, internal administration, customer-facing UX, and operational documentation.
  • Ensure prospective partners are vetted through a clear process, including intake, integration review, risk evaluation, agreement execution, and approval before receiving production access.
  • Maintain the source of truth for approved partners, partner applications, developer agreements, end-user agreements, API access status, and operational ownership.

Partner Management & Relationships

  • Partner closely with the Partnerships team to manage strategic relationships with ERP, marketplace, and technology partners.
  • Support partner certification, marketplace listings, developer agreements, commercial terms, and ongoing partner review cadences.
  • Maintain visibility into partner roadmaps, release schedules, technical asks, and integration gaps that affect customers or prospects.
  • Serve as a product counterpart to external partners when integrations require technical scoping, prioritization, API guidance, or roadmap alignment.

PartsManager Product Ownership

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for PartsManager, with a particular focus on its relationship to accounting integrations, accounts payable, purchasing, inventory, job costing, and the broader ServiceTrade platform.

Enablement & Communication

  • Own internal documentation for accounting integrations, partner-built integrations, Partner App Keys, PartsManager, and related API capabilities.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Sales Enablement to keep sales materials, battlecards, integration overviews, FAQs, and release materials accurate and current.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences — from engineers and API partners to controllers, implementation specialists, executives, and sales teams.
Knowledge and Skills:Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with ownership of technical, platform, ERP, financial systems, procurement, inventory, or B2B SaaS products.
  • Experience working with accounting, ERP, financial operations, procurement, inventory, HR/payroll, or job-costing workflows.
  • Strong technical fluency with APIs, integrations, data mapping, authentication, middleware/iPaaS, sync logic, and operational monitoring.
  • Ability to partner deeply with engineering on complex technical systems while staying grounded in customer and business outcomes.
  • Strong product execution skills, including discovery, prioritization, requirements definition, launch planning, adoption measurement, and post-launch iteration.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills with the ability to explain complex integration logic to non-technical stakeholders and business requirements to technical teams.
  • Comfort working with external partners, partner agreements, developer ecosystems, and cross-company integration workflows.
  • Strong customer empathy and ability to engage directly with customers to understand implementation pain, workflow gaps, and business impact.
  • Proven ability to operate in ambiguous, evolving environments with strong ownership, initiative, and judgment.
  • Willingness to travel at least once per quarter, with additional travel as needed for customers, partners, internal planning, or business-critical events.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
