We're looking for a growth-stage ready Senior Product Engineer to join our Product Engineering team, responsible for building intuitive, high-performance user experiences across our healthcare logistics platform. This role will work with product managers and designers to implement user-facing features that directly impact how healthcare teams and patients interact with our AI-powered scheduling and workforce management solutions.

What You’ll DoImplement responsive web applications and mobile experiences for clinicians, office teams, and patients
Build performant React components and user interfaces that handle complex scheduling and logistics workflows
Develop and maintain our React Native mobile application used by field clinicians in real-time
Architect scalable frontend systems integrated with GraphQL APIs and real-time data streams
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences
Lead frontend code reviews and establish best practices for component architecture and state management
Mentor junior engineers on modern frontend development patterns and healthcare application requirements
Optimize application performance for mobile devices and varying network conditions in healthcare environments
Bachelor's degree
5-7+ years of software engineering experience with strong frontend focus
Strong communication skills to explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders
Proven ability to conduct effective code reviews and architectural discussions
Expert-level proficiency in React + TypeScript using modern architectural patterns (3+ years)
Experience building and deploying React Native mobile applications (2+ years)
Hands-on experience with GraphQL client libraries (Apollo Client preferred)
Experience with responsive design, CSS-in-JS, and modern styling frameworks
Strong understanding of web performance optimization and mobile-first development
Experience working in startup environments with rapid iteration cycles
Demonstrated ability to self-learn and quickly adapt to new frontend technologies
Experience building healthcare applications with complex compliance requirements (HIPAA, SOC-2)
Working knowledge of logistics, scheduling, or workforce management applications
Experience with real-time features (WebSockets, Server-Sent Events)
Track record of mentoring junior frontend engineers
Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
