About the Position
We're looking for an experienced Product Designer to join our Tel Aviv team.
In this role, you'll design data-heavy, end-to-end workflows within a complex SaaS environment. You'll work on multi-step user journeys, navigate interconnected systems, and turn complex problems into intuitive, scalable experiences.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role that requires strong product thinking, a proactive mindset, and the ability to operate independently in situations with ambiguity.
You'll collaborate closely with Product, R&D, and cross-functional stakeholders, taking ownership from early discovery through final delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and R&D to align on priorities, constraints, and trade-offs
  • Work across teams and stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment across the product
  • Refine UI to balance usability, clarity, and consistency across the platform
  • Give and receive feedback as part of a collaborative design culture
  • Use AI tools to accelerate exploration, improve decision-making, and enhance design quality

Job Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience designing SaaS products
  • Proven experience designing complex systems, including data-heavy interfaces and multi-step workflows
  • Strong ability to think systemically and understand cross-product dependencies
  • Experience taking features end-to-end, from research and exploration to final execution
  • A proactive, independent mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive solutions forward
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain design decisions and trade-offs
  • Experience working with multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with HRIS or HR-related domains - a strong advantage!
