Zello helps organizations stay connected with fast, reliable push-to-talk communication. We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to create high-impact, visually-striking web experiences that drive conversion, with a strong focus on landing enterprise customers. This role also designs and improves Zello’s web products, including network management tools, customer-facing kiosks, and other business-critical experiences.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in discovery and ideation work, takes initiative, and can confidently own the design process from early concepts to polished execution while partnering closely with engineering through launch. You’ll do well here if you’re comfortable leading through ambiguity, using research and data to shape decisions, and collaborating across functions to turn opportunities into effective product and web experiences.
After a successful first year, you will have
Designed high-impact and visually polished digital touchpoints on Zello.com that informed, persuaded, and converted enterprise leads into paying customers through
Partnered with Marketing and Sales on digital growth strategies, including SEO and AI search optimization, to strengthen Zello’s brand and acquisition efforts
Delivered meaningful improvements across Zello’s web-based products, including Management Console, QR Assist, and Kiosk
Supported iOS and Android product design efforts when needed
Expanded and strengthened Zello’s Design System and Design Ops practices
Build visually compelling, user-focused experiences on Zello.com in partnership with Marketing and Sales to acquire and convert enterprise leads
Partner with Product and Engineering to improve and grow Zello’s web-based products, including Management Console, QR Assist, and other core business tools
Improve usability, accessibility, and information architecture across Zello experiences, including web, iOS, and Android when needed
Lead collaborative discovery and research across customers, end users, and operating environments, then translate findings into clear opportunities, principles, and product direction
Facilitate ideation sessions, workshops, and other cross-functional working sessions to align teams around real problems and generate strong solution paths
Own design work from low-fidelity concepts to high-fidelity execution, and support quality assurance through release
Use AI tools to improve efficiency, exploration, and quality throughout the design process
Publish and maintain content on Zello.com and related sites
Contribute to and evolve Zello’s Design System to improve consistency, quality, and speed across experiences
A proactive, self-starting designer who takes ownership and maintains a high bar for quality
Strong in visual design craft, with the ability to create polished work across UI design, iconography, illustrations, infographics, and data-rich experiences
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and occasional urgency, with the ability to stay calm and work through roadblocks effectively
A research- and data-driven thinker who uses insights and measurable outcomes to inform decisions
A clear communicator who works well with stakeholders and cross-functional teammates
Collaborative by nature, and energized by leading discovery, ideation, and workshop-based problem solving
Curious and adaptable, with a willingness to adopt new skills, tools, and methods
Thoughtful about design systems and how they create consistency, predictability, and quality at scale
Someone who inspires others to embrace design thinking and customer-centered ways of working
