About the RoleAs a Senior Product Designer at LogicGate, you will lead the design of intuitive, high-impact user experiences across multiple features within the Risk Cloud® platform. You will navigate ambiguous opportunity spaces, partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to turn complex enterprise risk workflows into streamlined solutions, and shape the user experience. In this role, you’ll transform how enterprise risk professionals work while elevating product quality, contributing to our design system, and mentoring team members.
What You’ll Do- Lead End-to-End Design: Own and execute complex design initiatives across multiple concurrent projects, navigating ambiguity from early discovery and hypothesis framing through final review and delivery.
- Design Complex Enterprise Experiences: Craft multi-step and data-dense, and user journeys—including simplifying and clarifying information architecture, dashboard analytics, and AI-assisted platform interactions.
- Integrate AI Capabilities: Partner with Product and Engineering teams to design human-centered interactions for AI features, making complex automated risk predictions and insights intuitive and trustworthy for enterprise users.
- Drive Problem Definition & Strategy: Collaborate with Product Managers to shape problem statements, break down nebulous briefs, and align business outcomes with customer needs.
- Evolve the Design System: Contribute systematically to Risk Cloud's design system—proposing new components, documenting patterns, and advocating for interaction consistency across product pillars.
- Execute & Accelerate Research: Lead qualitative and quantitative user research sessions and synthesis to effectively arrive at insights that influence product direction, regularly socializing actionable insights with cross-functional partners.
- Elevate Team Practice & Culture: Co-lead design critiques, facilitate process improvements, and provide constructive feedback and informal mentorship to mid-level and junior Product Designers.
- 3–7 years of experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer on complex B2B software or enterprise SaaS platforms, with a portfolio showcasing shipped, high-impact features.
- Figma & Prototyping Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Figma, component library structures, interactive prototyping, and developer handoff practices.
- Design Systems Experience: Proven track record of actively contributing to and expanding design systems at scale.
- Autonomous Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to take ambiguous briefs, define problem spaces, and create structured, scalable solutions.
- AI Curiosity & Tool Utilization: Practical curiosity regarding AI tools (e.g., AI-assisted research synthesis, rapid prototyping, workflows) and an eager mindset toward designing AI-driven product features.
- Research & Data Synthesis: Experience planning, executing, and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative user research into clear product design direction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong partnership skills with Product Management and Engineering, as well customer-facing subject matter experts, effectively balancing user experience with technical constraints and business strategy.
Nice to Have:
- Experience designing for complex enterprise B2B workflows, data-focused solutions, or AI/automation capabilities.
- Domain familiarity with, or eagerness to learn about, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), cybersecurity, audit, or enterprise risk management concepts.
- Deep knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) and inclusive design practices.
- Track record of contributing to internal design operations, team ceremonies, or design mentorship.
The anticipated base salary range for the role is $125,000 - $155,000 per year + variable + equity + benefits. Actual salaries may vary and will be based on factors, such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Internal candidates who have current pay within or above the hiring range are still encouraged to apply if interested.
