We are seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to lead and support strategic pricing initiatives across the organization. This highly impactful role will leverage advanced data analysis and cross-functional collaboration to optimize pricing strategies, enhance profitability, and align pricing models with business goals.
The Senior Pricing Analyst will partner closely with teams across Sales, Finance, Product, and Marketing to evaluate current pricing performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive implementation of new pricing strategies. This position requires deep analytical expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain advanced reports and dashboards to monitor key pricing metrics, identify trends, and provide strategic insights to leadership
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate the impact of pricing changes on revenue, margin, and overall profitability
- Extract and interpret complex data from multiple sources to develop actionable pricing insights and recommendations
- Lead the administration of the annual price increase process in collaboration with pricing leadership and executive stakeholders
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Finance, Marketing) to design and implement pricing strategies aligned with broader business objectives
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to benchmark pricing strategies and ensure alignment with customer value perceptions
- Define, document, and optimize operational processes related to pricing; identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement
- Serve as a subject matter expert in pricing tools and methodologies, helping to elevate pricing maturity across the organization
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in pricing analysis, financial modeling, or a related analytical role in a B2B environment
- Advanced Excel skills, including building dynamic financial models and complex data-driven reports
- Strong experience with pricing, forecasting, and profitability analysis
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to convey complex insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in pricing and analytics tools such as Salesforce CPQ, Tableau, or other business intelligence software
The expected base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $115,000 annually.
Compensation may vary depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, competencies, and geographic location. Some roles may qualify for extra incentives like equity, commissions, or other variable performance-related bonuses.
