Toast is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to join our Pricing team. The Pricing team is responsible for setting pricing and packaging strategy across Toast’s software, hardware, and services offerings. In this role, you will own analyses to evaluate deal unit economics and support pricing strategy decisions. This is a high-impact role with significant growth potential.
About this roll* (Responsibilities)
- Analyze and evaluate unit economics of deals (e.g., CAC, payback estimates) and make recommendations to Pricing, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success leaders
- Set measurement approach, create dashboards, and extract insights for pricing/packaging initiatives to support pricing strategy leads in formulating pricing/packaging recommendations for executive audiences
- Conduct research to inform pricing and discounting strategy recommendations
Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)
- 5+ years driving analyses in a pricing, marketing, product management, strategy consulting, finance, operational, or similar role
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills; strong structured problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills
- Strong written and verbal communicator
- Team-oriented, collaborative mindset; experienced balancing multiple projects to drive results in a fast-paced environment
- High degree of comfort with data analysis using spreadsheet software and data visualization software; experience writing SQL queries

- Experience with pricing
- Experience using Salesforce and/or interacting with sales teams
- Preference for a Boston-based candidate, or willingness to work in East Coast time zone

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions, if eligible), benefits, and equity (if eligible).
