In this role, you will:
- Proactively support Philanthropic team in the day-to-day management of accounts, including: Money movement, overdrafts, routine account maintenance, onboarding submissions for additional accounts for existing clients, account closing and fee discontinuation submissions, prepare, send and track receipt of routine forms and information requests, monitor accounts for sufficient liquidity for upcoming fees, taxes and distributions and, if needed, contact the Portfolio Manager to raise cash
- Demonstrate responsiveness, accuracy, clarity and professionalism when communicating with internal and external parties
- Work with a sense of urgency, take ownership over assigned tasks and provide frequent status updates, as appropriate
- Demonstrate a high level of organization, including time and priority management skills

- 2+ years of administrative or sales support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Knowledge and understanding of estate, trust, or fiduciary administration
- Knowledge and understanding of philanthropic concepts
- Knowledge and understanding of fiduciary law and federal regulations
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
- Demonstrate a high level of organizational skills, including time and priority management.
