This is a remote position.

Our client is looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Paid Media Specialist to join their dynamic team on a part-time basis. This role is 100% remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. Over the past few years, they have solidified their reputation as a leader in the retail consultancy space by consistently delivering exceptional growth for their diverse portfolio of clients through a holistic, full-funnel marketing approach.

In this role, you will be at the helm of developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies across a variety of platforms, including Meta, Google, Bing, X, Reddit, and LinkedIn. You will play a pivotal role in driving online sales and maximizing performance for a growing roster of retail clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across all assigned client accounts.

  • Manage, execute, and continuously optimize campaigns on key platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Ads.

  • Analyze campaign performance data, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to meet and exceed client objectives.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients through clear communication and consistent delivery of results.

  • Lead performance review meetings with both internal team members and external client partners.

  • Provide strategic support and insights to the senior leadership team.

  • Establish and refine internal processes to ensure efficient use of resources and achievement of goals.

  • Independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.



Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Paid Media management (SEM & Social) with a specific focus on eCommerce.

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Shopify, Commerce Manager, and Google Merchant Center.

  • Proficiency with web analytics platforms, specifically GA4 or Adobe Analytics, for at least 2 years.

  • At least 1 year of experience managing advertising campaigns on X, Reddit, or LinkedIn.

  • Demonstrated skill using reporting tools such as Looker, PowerBI, or Datorama.

  • Familiarity with leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT to enhance work efficiency and productivity.

  • A strong, process-oriented mindset with an exceptional attention to detail.
