The position

At point.me, we’re on a mission to increase the spending power for millions of people by turning loyalty points into powerful currency. To achieve this vision, we need a Senior Product Designer, to bring our design initiatives to life through intuitive and iterative design practices, and shape the future of our product experience. As we have just closed our Series B fundraise, we are poised for rapid growth and are looking for someone who can bring innovative design solutions that will enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

 

What You'll Do

  • Design Excellence: Craft new product features, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
  • Collaborative Projects: Work closely with product and engineering teams to align design with overall business goals and user needs.
  • User-Centered Design: Conduct user research, create personas and journey maps, and prototype to validate design concepts.
  • Innovative Solutions: Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate best practices in design to continually improve our product offerings.

 

Who You Are

You are a strategic designer with a passion for creating engaging user experiences and a proven track record in consumer tech. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are excited about making a significant impact at a fast-growing company.

  • Visual Designer: You build clear, intuitive, and visually appealing interfaces. You have extensive experience in UX/UI design, particularly in consumer-facing platforms, and are proficient with tools like Figma, and Sketch.
  • Problem Solver: You work with business needs to create powerful user experiences and have a knack for solving complex design problems.
  • Customer Perspective: You are able to meet customers where they are in their point journey and advocate for the strongest user experiences to solve problems.
  • Collaborative: You bring design frameworks into the conversation and make collaborative design decisions based on data.
  • Iterative: You are comfortable working in an environment with quick iterations, with the ability to gather feedback and rapidly iterate on it.

The anticipated salary range is $130,000 to $180,000. Specific compensation will be determined based on your level of experience. 

Given the nature of our business, we anticipate that all team members will be traveling from time to time, including company trips and off-sites, or meeting with strategic partners. As such, being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 is a condition of employment at point.me. We’ll ask you to send us a copy of your vaccination card in advance of your first day.

While our team members can participate from anywhere, all applicants must be eligible to work in the United States.
