Supports the Medical Equipment Management Program by partnering with clinics and biomedical service providers to ensure the proper maintenance, inspection, testing, and lifecycle management of medical equipment and devices. Coordinates equipment-related activities to support operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and high-quality patient care.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Assists leadership in the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of policies, procedures, and standards related to medical equipment management
• Monitors the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), such as ServiceNow, to ensure biomedical equipment work requests are appropriately assigned and completed within established service level agreements (SLAs)
• Provides first-level troubleshooting and support to clinic staff via phone, email, and chat for medical equipment issues. Coordinates and dispatches biomedical service vendors for repairs, maintenance, and advanced technical support as needed
• Facilitates the procurement of capital and managed medical equipment for clinics, ensuring required approvals are obtained and standardized equipment configurations are maintained
• Coordinates the delivery, installation, and onboarding of new medical equipment, ensuring timely engagement of biomedical service providers for inspection, testing, and commissioning activities
• Procures equipment-related materials and services in accordance with organizational policies and approval requirements
• Monitors vendor and supplier performance to ensure quality, responsiveness, and contract compliance. Participates in performance improvement initiatives, vendor evaluations, and sourcing activities as appropriate
• Builds and maintains collaborative working relationships with Project Coordinators, Information Technology (IT), Integration teams, clinic operations, and external service providers to support equipment-related projects and initiatives
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare operations, biomedical equipment coordination, healthcare technology management, supply chain, facilities management, or a related field
• Experience coordinating equipment maintenance, repairs, procurement, or vendor services
• Experience working with service providers and managing work orders, service requests, or maintenance activities
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting operational initiatives
• Knowledge of customer service principles and vendor management practices
• Proficiency with work order management platforms or similar systems (e.g., ServiceNow)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
• Proven solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively interact with clinical staff, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to analyze information, solve problems, and make sound decisions
• Current driver's license
• Access to reliable transportation
• Proven ability and willingness to work irregular hours on occasion
• Ability and willingness to travel (25%)

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $29 - $52 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
