We are looking for a Senior Manager, Measurement Science to lead a small, high-impact team delivering measurement studies and proactive insights to our key accounts. This is a client-facing leadership role that also leads and manages a small portfolio of your own key accounts. You will manage day-to-day workflow, own key deliverables, and partner with senior business development leaders to shape measurement strategy. Accounts will largely be focused on the Media & Entertainment vertical (supporting TV networks, streaming services, and movie studios), and may also include supporting non-entertainment accounts in the automotive, pharmaceutical, or other verticals.

What You'll Do

  • People Leadership: Manage, coach, mentor, and grow a team of 3 high-performing and high-potential Measurement Partners.
  • Client Delivery & Insights: Own end-to-end strategy, delivery, and fulfillment for a small portfolio of key accounts (1-2 key accounts). Act as a strategic and operational escalation path for accounts in your direct reports’ portfolios.
  • Strategy & Business Partnership: Work closely with sales leaders to define opportunities for proactive outreach and insights delivery to key customers.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 5-8+ years of experience in consumer insights, audience insights, marketing analytics, or measurement science - preferably working in a major entertainment studio (e.g. Disney, Netflix, Hulu) supporting a marketing or content development team. 
  • Familiarity with TV and movie measurement solutions, including box office measurement, tune-in measurement, and audience and content measurement, research, and insights. 
  • Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools: SQL, Python, BigQuery
  • Familiarity with and enthusiasm for building with AI: Claude and Google Suite.
