Senior Marketing Specialist

As the senior marketing specialist, you will be under general direction by a Head of Product. You will play a pivotal role in driving growth of the AAA Discounts & Rewards and AAA Tickets programs by fostering strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners. This individual will be responsible for analyzing data to inform strategic decisions, delivering impactful business reviews, ensuring seamless coordination across teams, and providing exceptional communication to support our partners’ success. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Partner Growth & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned business partners, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.

  • Identify growth opportunities for partners by understanding their business needs, challenges, and goals.

  • Collaborate with partners to develop strategies that drive mutual success and revenue growth.

  • Proactively address partner concerns and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction and retention.

  • Support all aspects of launching new partnerships

  • Coordinate and support member, employee, and organizational events

2. Data Analysis & Insights

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in partner performance.

  • Present actionable insights to partners and internal teams to support decision-making.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against goals and recommend adjustments as needed.

  • Proficient with budget forecasting

3. Business Reviews & Reporting

  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive business reviews for partners, highlighting performance metrics, insights, and growth strategies.

  • Develop clear, concise reports tailored to the audience (partners or internal stakeholders).

  • Ensure all reviews are data-driven, visually engaging, and aligned with business objectives.

4. Internal Coordination & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, operations) to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.

  • Support employee training initiatives pertaining to the program

  • Support and develop employee communication of the program

  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to address partner needs efficiently and effectively.

  • Communicate partner feedback to internal teams to drive continuous improvement in products/services.

  • Ensure partner offers, logos, images and content are up to date in digital channels (website and mobile app)

5. Communication Excellence

  • Deliver clear, professional communication across all channels (email, phone, video calls).

  • Tailor messaging to suit diverse audiences while maintaining consistency in tone and messaging.

  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and partners to align on objectives and next steps.

The starting pay range for this position is:

$67,600.00 - $90,000.00

Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
