As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for executing member engagement strategies, including ad-hoc and go-to-market campaigns, and drafting and maintaining business requirements documentation for HouseCalls, within the Home and Community Care Delivery segment of Optum Health. These activities will educate and engage members in participating in services available to them as part of their health plan, driving growth for the business. This position reports to the Associate Director of Marketing for HouseCalls.

- Lead and drive measurable business growth through execution and optimization of value-based, outcome-led HouseCalls go-to-market and ad-hoc marketing initiatives
- Work with marketing team members, Optum shared service teams, business partners, and subject matter experts to execute healthcare member marketing campaigns including mail, email and SMS channels to maximize member engagement
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners
- Partner with Analytics to capture and share performance insights and results with business partners to inform decision-making
- Increase marketing efficiency and operational discipline by strengthening processes, documentation, and execution standards across go-to-market and ad-hoc campaign workflows
- Maintain strong knowledge of HouseCalls product and member base
- Support other marketing initiatives as needed

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of marketing experience within a matrix organization
- 5 years of experience in a deadline driven environment
- Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- 5 years of experience in meeting or exceeding sales promotion/marketing targets
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience demonstrating organization skills.
- 5 years of experience managing and prioritizing several deliverables
- 5 years of experience influencing and collaborating with others
